What Does Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi. I did home pregnancy test on 24 march, it was positive,as my lmp was on 20th feb. I went to dr she suggested to go for Ultrasound on 1st April. But ultrasound reports shown there is no pregnancy, then dr suggested me to go for Beta HCG and the result is positive ( 121.86).. and I am getting bleeding from 27th march, today is my 14th day but it didn t reduced..some times bleeding is spotting dark red colour and some times same like periods..again I have to go for Ultrasound on 22nd April. I am taking folic acid and Duphaston tablet.. is like this bleeding normal???

I think you can be having a biochemical pregnancy or an early miscarriage. But you need to confirm it by the scan or bhCG value. If value falls or ultrasound doesn't show any pregnancy, most probably it is a biochemical pregnancy. If value increase or ultrasound shows pregnancy, it can be implantation bleeding.
