What Does Twitching Sensation In The Body Indicate?

I feel like a pulse or a twich in my body when i change the view from left to right or from right to left,that s happen during 1 second. When i wake up after a night sleep, in the morning i m fine , for 5-6 hours or more,after that i feel the symtoms that i described. The symptoms are not very often. If i move my head easy from left to right ori vice versa i don t have that symptoms anymore. That happens when i move the pupil and i stay concentrate . And another symptom when i feel that pulse or twich in my body, my heart rate is increasing a little bit for that second . I was on seroxat for 4-5 months, i m off it for about 2-3 weeks. It was for anxiety
