What Does Tugging Feeling In Upper Arm While Applying Pressure In Armpit Suggest?

When I push down lightly on a certain spot on my left armpit, it feels like something is being pulled in my upper arm. It s not painful at all, just odd and uncomfortable. It literally feels as if someone has taken one end of a vein or tendon and is tugging on it
