I'm a 19 years old girl and i have my urine checked recently. my urine contain 1-2 pus cell per HPF but no bacteria found. my urine's specific gravity is 1.025. my urine also contain traces of protein and 1-2 epithelia per HPF. is there possibly inflammation? will it become worse without treatment?

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
0 to 2 pus cells in urine is normal finding. You have only trace of protein. So overall it doesn't suggest any infection in urinary tract. So no need to worry about that. Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
