What Does Traces Of Albumin In Urine Indicate?
I am 33 weeks pregnant. Age 30 yrs, weight at present 64kg, height- 5ft.I have no complications till date but I have swelling in legs ,feet and hands. My doctor asked to have a urine albumin test and in the results it is mentioned TRACE . Am I into any type pf problem? Please suggest.

Traces amount of albumin is normally found in urine.However,you may need 24 hour total protein excretion after clinical evaluation.
Trace amount of albumin generally doesn't cause any problem.Since you have swelling of feet you may need further evaluation.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
