My feet tingle uncomfortable, I have varicose veins that seem to be annoying and tingley. Other than that I am in good health. I am not on any medication. Recent;luis have been having moderate upper back pain. However it is my triangle feet that are bothersome What should I do. I am 81years old

cause may be leg with pillow leg leg leg be varicose vein. avoid standing for a long time raise your leg with pillow at bed time.if there is no improvement then surgical option can be considered.
