hello last night i woke up with a tightness in my diaphragm. gradually the pain became unbearble and i couldnt really breathe. i was very nauseous. after 20 mins it passed. today at work it happend again. i do have athsma and this was not an athsma attack. i also had gall stones a few years back and had to have my gall bladder removed. i experienced similar episodes then.
