As the quoted Urine report seems to be okay.
As color Ph,Specific gravity are within the normal limits.
pus cells and bacteria were generally not present in normal urine analysis.
kindly do urine culture to rule out the cause.

However depends on the clinical presentations and symptoms of the patient ideally it can be interpreted and suggestive of advise and treatment.
