What Does This Urinalysis Test Result For Tightness And Soreness In Foreskin Indicate?

been to doctors today gave a urine sample and nurse said i have white cells in it and did i have a infection .I said no but when i got homei remembered my forskin is very tight and a little sore ..Ihave been puting vasiline which i have done befor and reduces itand goes away. carnt get to see a doctor untill next week. the reason i was at doctors was to have a ecg in conection for high blood pressure im 72 years oid and male still working and reasonly fit..what should i do.. THANKS
