What Does This Urinalysis Test Report Indicate?

My urine routine test revealed that I have 100-110 hpf pus cells & 35-40 Red Blood cells. My doctor has prescribed 10 day antibiotic(hifen 400) course. I had very high fever. My urine is acidic. I have burning sensation while urinating. Do I need to undergo any other tests. What can be reason for such a severe infection? What precautions to I need to take? Please guide.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear..it is urinary tract infection due to bacteria..so that's why you have been given antibiotics..additionally you can follow this points
1) Tab ibuprofen for pain relief
2) Tab pantoprazole for acidity
3)Drink lots of fluid
4) Take proper hygiene, don't use cotton undergarments
5) avoid bubble bath and strong chemical soap
Hope this will help..you can also do Urine culture and sensitivity report for confirmation of the organism bacteria and antibiotics
Thanks and stay healthy
