What Does This Urinalysis Report Mean?

Hello Dr. Andrew. When I wee it hurts and little blood comes out, plus I have been having lower stomach pain. I went to the doctor and they told me to do Ultrasound but found no proof of kidney stones, so is it just urinary tract infection? And can you please tell me what do these mean : Pus Cells : 10-12 Red Blood Cells : 5-6 Epithelial Cells : 2-3 Specific Gravity : 1.005

Hi,
Pus cells 10-12 indicates urinary tract infection. RBC 5-6 is also abnormal, although there are many causes but the most common cause is urinary tract infection, other common causes are renal stones, glomerulonephritis, IGA nephropathy. In my opinion, you should get yourself treated for urinary tract infection and get this urine routine microscopy and culture repeated after 7 days.
I hope this has helped you.
Take care.
