What Does This Urinalysis Report Indicate?

Before I was diagnosed with UTI, I had pus cells and few bacteria present in my urine. I was asked to take another urinalysis after my medication and the pus cells were no longer present but the bacteria count showed occasional. What does this mean? I also now have occasional epithelial cells rather than just few which is the normal range indicated in the result of my urinalysis. Thank you!

thank you for the question, pleased to answer you
the bacterial count in urinalysis under a normal range proportion mean absolutly nothing, and to diagnoses an infection the count must exceed this normal range.
about apithelial cells, their presence is meaningless because it corresponds to a quite normal loss of the superficial cells of the tissue of the lower urinary tract.
I believe, you have no longer need to think about your urinary tract infection, it is absolutely well treated, however you must think about treating your partner to avoid a recurrency.
may my answer help you and best wishes.
