Your report suggests you have urinary tract infection.
It could be a stone, anay growth in urinary tract that cause bleeding.
Causes of protein in the urine: diabetes nephropathy, hyper tension, urinary tract infection.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo urine culture and USG scan.
Doctor will give you following advoses:
Tablet septran DS, tablet nitrozolium, tablet pyridium
Syrup cital
Angiotensin receptor blocker to prevent the renal damage
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple.
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty the bladder completely
Maintain pelvic hygiene
Repeat the urine ests after treatment
Hope this may help you
