What Does This Urinalysis And Vaginal Itching Indicate About Having Yeast Infection?

I had what I assumed to be UTI a few weeks back. I took CIpro for 7 days and symptoms subsided. A week later I came down with strep throat and took Amox Clav for 10 days during which I developed what I believed to be a yeast infection (no discharge but annoying itchiness). I took 3 Diflucan pills and finished the antibiotic but I still have some remaining itchiness over a week later (but still no discharge or anything else). I got a urinalysis yesterday (for preventive kidney stone treatment-- totally unrelated) which came back with trace leukocytes in urine a white blood cell count at the highest range of normal (the last number before it was considered high). Could this still be a yeast infection!? After being on antibiotics for so long I thought for sure it would have to be gone but then again what else would be causing minor vaginal itching and leukocytes in urine? Thank you!

Regarding urinary tract infection:
It may be remaining infection/recurrent infection.
Repeat test after 7 days and do urine culture for antibiotic sensitivity if not resolved.
