As per the report, baby is fine but there is a mass with calcification (may be a fibroid) in the wall of uterus. Since it is of considerable size, the uterus may not be able to generate adequate power for pushing the baby out, and some chance of rupture.
Most doctors will prefer operative delivery in this setting- we can remove the mass also simultaneously. But decision varies among doctors, and you can discuss with your doctor in detail.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
