General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the subserosal myoma is obvious benign tumor of the uterus.

* The echogenic mass within endocervical canal is most likely related to inflammatory sequence after some sort of insult of endometrium at junction of endo and ecto cervix region.

* The chronic cervicitis or others may be culprit behind the same.

* A biopsy of the mass lesion is must for final diagnosis and further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
