What Does This Ultrasound Result For Uterine Fibroids Indicate?
My mother is 52 years old, she has uterine fibroids for last 14 years.....now she has recently undergone a USG..The report says....Bulky left ovary 17cc,Endometrial thickness 11 mm,Fibroids have reduced in size as compared to the previous USG reports..What may be the probable diagnosis??

The fibroids are decreased in size. If she does not have any symptoms like pain or bleeding.
We can go for a conservative management and no need for surgical intervention as well.
