What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Abdomen And Pelvis Indicate?
I did my ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis & the report says a cystic lesion measuring 5.8 x 4.6 cm noted in left adnexa. Miscellaneous : no ascites.no pleural effusion. No lymphadenopathy. Gaseous abdomen. Impression : fatty liver. Simple left sided ovarian cyst ( 5.8 X 4.6 cm ) liver :- normal in outline & increased echo texture. Hepatic veins appear normal. Please Help !

It means that there is ovarian cyst which is benign and ruired no treatment at this point,just follow up. Fatty liver is caused by alcohol and unhealthy diet so these should be changed for improvement of condition.
