What Does This Ultrasound Report For Liver Indicate?

I have live hemangioma CT scan size 14*11 mm no enhancement on any phase of tripple phase scan with hepatitis B viral load of DNA PCR quantitative of 0000IU/mL SGPT range (58 to 70) multichecking last checking 39. HBeAb 5.92 non reactive while HBeAg 1142 reactive Alpha feto portein is negative. Anti EH Antibodies is negative۔ ultrasound report small hyperechoic lesion in right lobe of liver what should I do plz feedback.

i have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns.
Hyperechpuc lesion with no enhancement on triple phase ct scan mean its not malignant tumor.. Hemangioma are benign and you should not be worried about it...
All u need is reassurance and meet hepatologist for further management...
