What Does This Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy Mean?

hi i m sarah 2weeks pregnant the remarks of my ultrasound says: The uterus is anteverted with regular contour and homogeneous myometrium. There are no myometrial masses seen. The cervix is closed and homogeneous. The endometrium is thin and hyperechoic with intact endomyometrial interface. There are no adnexal masses seen. There is minimal free fluid in the cul de sac. . plz can help thank u

Hello madam/sir, welcome to medical care magic.
Did you get the UPT test. Your scan says the wall is thin and no information about gestation sac. If UPT test is positive then get one more scan after 2 weeks to know better. With this I hope I cleared your doubts.
