What Does This Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy Indicate?

Gravid uterus shows singal intrauterine gestational sac with single embryo Sac outlines are smooth Spontaneous fetal movement seen.with subchoronic bleed measure 14.3mm ×13.7mm Foetus shows regular cardiac activity on M mode Yolk sac seen measure 8.4mm Fetal heart rate is 111beat per minute Internal os closed Cervical canal is adequate LMP 27/07/15 Edd by LMP 2/5/16 CGW 9.1 week CRl 6.4cm = 6.3 week + 04days GS 1.7cm = 6.3 week + 07days Impression - Single live intrauterine embryo of 6.3week and average Edd 21/05/16 with subchoronic bleed Discrepancy in gestational age by LMP and by parameter Is due to delayed conception Adviced - Repeat USG at 10-14days to rule out any malformation Dr plz let me know is everything is normal or not

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The ultrasound report says that pregnancy is confirmed with a single live foetus, which is showing cardiac activity.
However, development at this stage is not matching with the dates of your last menstrual period (LMP) and it is about 3 weeks less. Also there is a small subchronic bleed which is noted.
Hence, it is advised to have a repeat scan after about 2 weeks to know the progression and also if any other abnormality, if present could be picked up.
