Hi Mr.S.Krishna Rao, The titre values what has been given indicates that you are having typhoid fever. A diagnostic Widal agglutination titre of 'O' and 'H' agglutinins = 80 should be considered useful in the diagnosis of typhoid fever. However, you can repeat the test after 3 days and see if these titres are rising. In case it does, then it confirms that you have typhoid fever. It is better to go for blood culture and sensitivity before going in for administration of antibiotics. Kindly consult Physician with the reports for appropriate management. Take care to take adequate bed rest. Avoid physical exhaustion. Maintain a strict bland diet for a month for its complete recovery. Wish you speedy recovery and good health.
