I had a transvaginal ultrasound and my uterus was 8.4 x 4.7 x 5.7. Seems large from what I understand it should be??? Endometrium not visualized?? What?? Fluid noted in endocervical canal?? And it says inhomogeneous echogeneticity?? What does all this mean
