General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the report shows normal sized uterus.
The inner lining of the uterus is thick and possibly thicker than normal and a D&C procedure is needed to see its composition.
Both ovaries are with small cysts but it is considered natural or from birth and not a disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
