Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi your TVS shows a fibroid which is a benign mass. The position of fibroid is in the wall of uterus that is intramural. This kind of fibroid expands inside the wall of uterus and exert pressure symptoms depending on size. Depending on size it may make the uterus bulky and exert pressure on adjacent structures which may give rise to pain. It can also cause increased menstrual bleeding and may increase duration of menstrual cycle. Also it may give rise to back or leg pain or frequent urge to urinate if large enough to exert pressure on surrounding areas. Now these tend to grow in size. So a better imaging technique like Magnetic Resonance Imaging is suggested so that your gynaecologist can decide on to take the type of treatment. In your case a non surgical technique should be the choice which shall be discussed by your gynaecologist. I hope you got answer to your satisfaction. Other structures seem to be fine.
