What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound For Missed Period Indicate?
Hi, I have irregular periods. It has been 42 days since my last period and 9 days since we had sex. My home pregnancy test is negative. The doctor did a TVS and told there was a slight brown discharge with ET 7.8mm and also asked me to do pregnancy test after one week. If I am actually pregnant, would I be ovulating irregularly or ovulating late.?

In case, you have conceived, then ovulation would be suspended for entire pregnancy period.
