transvaginal scan shows normal sized retroverted uterus w/ no myometrial lesion. the endometrium is thickened at 1.55cm & intact. The right ovary contains a cystic structure withlow level echoes measuring 1.5x1.2cm suspicious of an endometriotic focus. the left ovary is normal in size and echotexture w/ a curpos luteum in the left. Positive minimal free fluid in the cul de sac..what does it mean?
