What Does This Test Result Mean?

Hi, what does the below mean? Abnormal perfusion scan with a small, fixed, distal inferior wall defect, consistent with a small infarct. The left ventricular dilatation at stress was found to be normal at with a stress to rest volume ratio of 0.89 for the left ventricle. The left ventricular global function was normal with an ejection fraction of 64%. The left ventricular cavity size is normal. There is normal wall motion and wall thickening of the heart.

Small distal infarct with normal wall motion and normal ventricular size on stress means that a small insignificant vessel has been obliterated or there is collateral circulation around the concluding vessel that has prevented major infarct.
Coronary angiography will be the ultimate option to settle the dilemma.
