What Does This Test Report Signify?

Microalbumin of 10.3;313 urine creatinine;EGfr 113;Male, 31 years old, t1D for 29 years. Should Microalbumin be 0? Most sistes say 20 and below, but 10 is pretty high.If it matters: I worked for 6 hrs before the test moving patients around in an operating room, moving beds, etc. Then i had a big lunch with bacon, sausage and eggs, then had my testing done 30 mns later.I m so worried

All your exertion and heavy meals may be having some effect for proteinuria .
I recommend repeat test in morning after 3 days .
Egfr is normal .
