November 24,2014 CT -CHEST W/ CONTRAST TECHNIQUE: Multiplanar CT images of the chest utilizing 100 ml Omnipaque , 300 intraveneous contrast CLINICAL HISTORY: History of small cell lung cancer COMPARISON: PET CT 7/1/2014 ;chest CT12/11/2014, 7/18/2013FINDINGS:Moderate consolidation which bis likeydue to post radiation chane in the left perihilar rgion has not, significantly since7/1/2014. No new mass is seen. A 8mm pulmonary nodule in the right middle lobe has not changed from 7/18/2013. No new nodule is seen. There is no pleual effusion.The heart is normal in size and there is no pericardial effusion. The mediastinal vessels are of nrmal diameter. A prominent left AP wiindow lymph node had not changed since 12/11/2013.No other enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes are seen.The imaged portions of the upper abdominal organs are grossly unremarkable.Several irregular sclerotic ossecous lesions are noted which are mre circumscribed and pronounced since 12/11/2013 and new since 7/18/2013. Thbe lesions do not demonstrate glucose uptake on the compoarison PET/CT.A 2.3cm heterogeneously s cvlerotic lesion is seen in the posterior left fifth rib.A 1.7 cmlesion is noted in the lateral sixth ruib . A 9mm lesion is noted on the right pedicule of T12. Smallerlesions are noted on the vertebral body of T12. A 7mm lesiopnis noted at the interior tip of the left scapula.These are likely treated metastatic lesionns. There is a healing non displaced fracture involving the anterior right fifth rib.IMPRESSION:11. Stable moderate consolidation in the left perihilar region which is likely due to secondary radiation therapy. No evidence of tumor recurrence. Stable 8mm right middle lobe pulmonary nodule.2. Stable enlarged AP window lymph node.3. Multiple sclerotic lesionswhich are morepronounced since 12/11/2013. There is no glucose uptake on the comparision PET/CT. These likely represent treated metastases.Continued follow up is recommendded4. Healing nondisplaced fracture of thw anterior right fifth r
