What does it mean after having a stress echo, they said mild borderline global hypo kinesics and anterior and mid portion are moderately hypo kinesics without regional wall motion abnormally..... seh, ef 0.50, anterior walls at the base and mid portion moderately hypo kinesics with findings of mild interior wall ischemia....

The Echo is suggestive of Ischemic heart disease, with sluggish movement of heart wall and this is called dyskinesia this happens when ischemia developed, here the clinical symptoms need to be correlate, further investigation may be needed, take care.( Comment:- As long as the heart disease is concern silent feature is concern).
