General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This stool test clearly suggests that your son has amoebiasis which is caused by a parasite E.Hystolytica. This is very common so you should not worry.

Metronidazole is the drug of the first choice in such cases. You should consult a doctor for a prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
