Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The semen report is within normal limits except 2% normal forms. The lower limit for normal sperms is 4%.

However, the vitality is 55% which is normal. You can father a child without much problem.

In case of difficult conception, yu may consult a gynecologist for assisted reproductive techniques. IUI (Intrauterine insemination may be required which is a quick, safe and cheap modality.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
