What Does This Semen Analysis Report Mean?

Seman Analysis Volume = 2.0 Colour = Grey white Consistency = semi viscous Liquidation tim = 30 Min Ph. = 8.0 Sperm count = 60 Moll/ml Active = 35% Sluggish = 20% None-Motile = 45% Normal = 65% Abnormal = 35% Pus Cells = 6-8 /HPF Kindly can you advice my wear is the problem in my report and this infection pus cells how I can reduce by food diet if you give me a plan it s pleasure for me. Thanks

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your semen report , you have 2 ml volume & 60 million count/ml which is normal.Of which 35 % are active mobile & 20% are sluggish, 65% are normal shape and 35% are of abnormal shape.

So all together your semen report is normal and You can have a baby.

Presence of pus cells as less as 6-8/hpf is not normal & indicate genital tract infection.
Refer to your physician for consultation
