What Does This Semen Analysis Report Mean?

pls doc, am a 31 yr old man . i went to test for a semen i analyses and i was tested to have a motility rate ( active and pregressive 10 percent, slow and progressive 30 percent, motile and none progressive 20 percent and non motile forms 40 percent ). what does this mean? does this have a side effect on me and if yes what is the way forward ?

That shows motility of the sperms. The test shows more thsn 50% are motile. Before predicting anything from this analysis i would like to know the other values too like volume of the semen, morphology, concentration and pH. All these fimding together would give me an idea about the status of ur semen.
