What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?
Dear Sir My semen report is Reaction Alkaline Volume 5 ml Ph 8.0 Color Off White Consistancy Thin Liquification time 30min Total Sperm 65 million/ml WBC(Plus Cells) 4-6/HPF Sperm morfology Abnormal 60 percent Normal 40 Percent Abnormal Head 40 Percent Abnormal mid piece 10 Percent Abnormal Tail 10 Percent Sperm Motality Active Motile 35 percent Sluggish 35 Percent Non Motile 30 Percent What is about my semen report analysis.Is it normal or abnormal.Please suggest me?

Hello, welcome to HCM. The sperm count is normal, morphology 40 -60% considered normal. Active motility - 45% considered as normal. Slightly low but so many normal motile sperms are there to meet egg.. So semen analysis all are normel with little less active motile soerms reaching egg.you can consider it as normal and try your luck. All the best
