What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?
Hi doctor, My husband and i have been married for 5years and baby yet. After sperm analysis the results were as follows; Count nil, motility: active progressive movement - non progressive but motile- sluggish progressive movement- non motile- can we have baby of our own?! We dont drink any alcohol

Hello
Your husband's semen analysis suggests azoospermia(absence of sperm in semen).
Besides proper clinical examination,he need proper investigations for azoospermia.It include routine hemogram,RBS,hormone analysis.Biopsy from testis can be done if needed.
Azoospermia can be both obstructive or non-obstructive in nature.
Treatment depend upon findings.
