What Does This Result From Chest X-ray Indicate?

I have had chest X-Ray is noticed a large dark patch on the left space between lungs & hips . Not supposed to be in that room and was ushered out quickly. Reason for having a chest X-ray - last year X-Ray revealed 1cm lump in lung CT Scan revealed 1cm on left lung 3mm on right .

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A history of lumps sized 1 cm and 3 mm on left and right lung fields on CT scan and currently a dark patch in space between lungs and ribs is suggestive of growths bilaterally.
A CT guided aspiration cytology is required to know the nature of the lesion.
In CT guided aspiration, a needle is introduced into the lesion, cells are aspirated, spread on a slide and stained with appropriate stain.
The stained cells are examined microscopically to know the nature of the lesion.
Further management can be planned after result of the investigation is obtained.
Consult your pulmonologist for further work up.
