What Does This Pregnancy Scan Report Signify?

I am now 22 weeks and 2 days pregnant, and according to the result of my ultrasound it says that i have an anterior grade II low lying placenta and the edge of my placenta is 2.1 cm from the internal os.I wanted to know what its meaning?and i would also like to know what to do and not to do in order for my placenta to move up? thanks

Your ultrasound scan report is normal. Grade 3 or Grade 4 placenta is a cause for concern. You need not do anything as you are fine. You have nothing to worry about and all the best.
