As per your history is concerned please make ultrasound examination after 4 months .As the fetus is small so it is not required right now.please check fundal height corelate with scan reports. To measure fundal height do it like this place a measurement tape in pubic hair line and from that line measure the heightest point of abdomen in Centimeters.Whatever may be the measurements in Centemeters that will be weeks
For example if your height measure s 9 cm then it is 9 weeks gestations.so every week this height increased as baby grows. Thanks
