General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Get the entire system of uterus tubes and ovaries removed. Though the ovarian cyst with its features look less likely to be cancerous. But since your mother had cancer and you have cyst get it removed. Also since you have completed your family is better to remove a uterus with so many fibroids. Though they are not cancer. So don't worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ankit
