What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?

Songram reveals a bulky and gravid anteverted uterus with a heterogeneous myometrial echotexture measuring 62×50×46mm in (l×w×ap) dimension.The endometrial plate is intact,No obvious cyesis or retained product of conception (RPOC) seen,Both ovaries appear slightly enlarged with multiple small cysts each measuring less than 10mm in widest diameter. Feature suggest polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)The pouch of Douglas is distended to depth of 11mm with some free fluid collection which suggest pelvic inflammatory disease (pid) pls I don t understand I thought I was 6 month pregnant
