What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?
My report for pelvic scan says USA shows a normal sized uterus with AP diameters of 4.8cm. Myometrium is expanded by solid tissue mass with mixed echo-texture and AP diameter of 3.5cm intramural in the lower posterior wall. Endometrial thickness appear normal. Both ovaries appear normal in sizes and structure. Both adnexa appear free. Pouch of Douglas is empty . No free pelvic collection no cysts no Cyesis or retained products of conception sighted.Pls I need your advice on that
