What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?
Today is the 17 day from my last period and my follical size is 22 in lt overy...endo.etrial thickness is 10.is it normal....what i can do naturly to rupture the follical in order to not let its size to increase......bcz last time my follical turn in to 30mm cyct.plz help
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. From the ultrasound report you have posted, it seems that the follicle has reached adequate size (18 to 25 mm is optimum) and also the endometrium seems to be also alright in terms of attainment of thickness (about 8 to 10 mm is optimum). The follicle must rupture in a couple of days time and hence you can time it now. In case the follicle doesn't rupture in time, it may grow a little more in size and may turn cystic, as happened previously. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
