What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

In my 16 th day from my periods,scanning results of USG pelvis and follicular studies are.... ......1,No dominant follicle is seen on left and right ovary.2,Then endometrial thickness is 1.38cm.3,Mild free fluid in POD.Then uterus anteverted measures are 8.9×4.1×5.2cm.Then A 2.0×1.7cm sized fibroids is seen in anterior wall on right side.Then right ovary is 2.8×1.7cm and left ovary is 3.7×2.0cm.In these results when is the ovulation time?(my periods is regular 28th days.In these results any problems for pregnancy.please answer me...

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound shows that uterus is normal.
However, both the ovaries do not contain any dominant folliclle.
A dominant follicle is required for successful conception.
