Hi
I have gone through your ultrasonogram report.usually endometrium of uterus is uniformly echogenic & no focal vascularity..in presence of polyp discreate echogenicity with focal vascularity indicative of feeding artery.hysterosalphingogram or sono salphingogram means we distend uterine cavity either with contrast or saline for confirmation.nothing to worry polyps are not cancers.its are benign growths.
Thank you
