What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Mean?

Can you please explain this pelvic ultrasound I had done? Is this good news or bad news? Initial transabdominal scanning the pelvis is performed. The uterus measures 9.1 cm in length x 3.3 cm in AP diameter x 5.2 cm in transverse diameter. The urinary bladder is normal. The left ovary is visualized and measures 2.7 x 1.9 x 1.7 cm in size with small follicles of the left ovary present. The right ovary is not visualized. Subsequent transvaginal scanning is then performed. On transvaginal scanning, there is a normal-appearing endometrial stripe which measures 8 mm thickness. The right ovary is posterior to the uterine fundus and appears normal in size and echogenicity, measuring 2.9 x 2.9 x 1.2 cm in size. No right or left adnexal mass is seen. A trace amount of free fluid is seen in the cul-de-sac, likely physiologic.
