What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hello, doctor, am seeking for your help because I feel so desperate of spending five years without a child Am Ugandan lady aged 24 below are my medical investigation report results please advice me the best treatment procedure to follow which is cost effective and easy but not preferring surgery . 1 hsg found the uterine cavity normal in capacity and shape but has an irregular contour. He found out good opacification of the left fallopian tube with loculated as well as free peri toneal contrast spillage noted at its fimbrial ends .the right tube is poorly opacified and ends blindly at its ampulla with out any contrast spillage .the doctor concluded saying that I have mild left tubal peri fimbrial adhesions and right tubal distal occlusion. 2 pelvic ultra sound scan report The uterus was retroverted but normal in position and myometrial echopatttern . the endo metrial echoes are thick measuring upto 15mm . there are no uterine masses .the ovaries appear normal in size , shape and echo pattern .the left ovary measures 8.8cm cubed and the right ovary is 14.2cm cubed .there are multiple cysts[over 10] observed with in the ovarian parenchyma bilaterally . the right ovarian cysts were predominantly peripheral in location . the largest cyst in both ovaries measures about 6.5mm in diameter. There is no free fluid in the POD and no adnexial masses. The urinary bladder is filled with echo free urine and has a smooth wall of normal kidneys. Conclusion ;MULTIPLE SMALL BILATERAL OVARIAN CYSTS?PCOs.BIOCHEMICAL TESTS MAY BE NECESSARY. 3 homonal profile; FSH [ECLIA] =5.10mlU/ml [reference interval] Ovulation phase 4.7-21.5mlU/ml,follicular phase 3.5-12.5mlU/ml , luteal phase 1.7-7.7mlU/ml ,post menopause 25.8 – 134.8mlU/ml , prepuberty 1.0 -4.2mlU/ml. LH [ECLIA] =10.21mlU/ml. [[reference interval] follicular phase 2.4-12.6mlU/ml; ovulation phase 14.0-95.6mlU/ml, luteal phase 1.0-11.4mlU/ml; post menopause 7.7-58.5mlU/ml PROLACTIN [ECLIA]=223PIU/ml [reference interval; women 102-496 PIU/ml PROGESTERONE [ECLIA] =320.8nmol/L [reference interval;] follicular phase0.6-4.7nmol/L, , luteal Phase 5.3-86nmol/L , Ovulatory peak 2.4-9.4nmol /L, post menopausal=0.3-2.5nmol/L ESTRADIOL [ECLIA]=1.21 pmol/L [reference interval;] follicular phase 46.0-607pmol/L, pre-ovulatory peak 315 -1828pmol/L, , luteal phase 161-774pmol/L , post menopausal; up to201 pmol/L, Pre puberty 22—99.1 pmol/L.
