What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

My uterus has abnormal thickening of 1.74 mm with polyps and usually bleeding. I had an endometrial biopsy yesterday which took two doctors 4 attempts to dilate and get into my cervix. I have had two children vaginally. What is the likely hood this is uterine cancer. My Pap smear I had last week came back notmal

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of uterine polyp then it may not be malignancy but of course it could be surgical condition here thickening of endometrium even does not favor the malignancy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
