What Does This Pelvic Ultrasonography Report Indicate?
I recently had transabdominal and transvaginal pelvic ultrasonography was performed. The results came back with The left ovary was not visualized. The right ovary measures 2.1 x 1.4 x 2.2 cm. Should they have been able to see both ovaries on this test.

Welcome to health care magic.
Actually as both transvaginal and trans-abdominal sonography was done both ovaries should normally be visualised.
But would also like to know some details like whether any close relation like family member had any gynaecology related conditions. I would advise you should visit a gynaecologist with the relevant reports.
Thanks. regards.
